My Question or Issue

I am using the integrated Spotify app in BMW iDrive and if not listening to a playlist, I always search for music via Artist. I follow a ton of artists on my account and would usually scroll through alphabetically until I find what I want to listen to. However the integrated Spotify app in BMW iDrive is displaying my artists in a completely random order and not alphabetically and it is making it impossible to scan through and find something to listen to. This is a ridiculous error in th software and there must be a workaround to fix this. Please advise.

I have been experiencing the same issue, but furthermore the shuffle option is being reset every time the car is reused. I imagine this is merely a software failure that can be configured easily. I already reported to BMW but without result so far. Would be nice to get some feedback from Spotify on this.

Spotify playlists in my BMW only sort in order of creation.

I have a BMW 530e built in October 2024, system 8.5 and I want the playlists sorted alphabetically in the Spotify app included in the car. Spotify playlists in my iPhone are sorted alphabetically. Have anybody else this problem? Anybody knows how to fix the problem?
