meu spotify saiu da minha conta sozinho, e quando eu entrei minhas playlists e musicas haviam saido todas. Alguém pode me ajudar por favor? e minha conta é premium.

If you've accessed your Spotify account but your music wasn't there, it’s possible you accessed the wrong account. In this case, it'd be good to follow the steps in this article to see if you can find the right Spotify account.

To double-check you're accessing the right account, it'd be also good for you to go to your account page and scroll to Your plan, where you should see your subscription status as Spotify Premium.
