My Question or Issue

I recently broke my old phone with my old Spotify playlists, I purchased a new phone and signed in but my three playlists ive created have disappeared though the podcasts I've listened to are still there, I've tried going to recover playlist but it says none were deleted and I do not really understand "local files" but I turned that on and checked but that was empty as well

Hey @Ayo69,

Sorry to see this has happened!
Local Files let you play your locally stored music via Spotify. This wouldn't fix the missing playlists though.
As we cannot view your accounts from the forum, your best bet in this scenario would be to directly reach out to our support folks 🙂
They have access to your music history and can help out with restoring lost items from your library.
