Remove Artist feature not working

My Question or Issue:

For the last few years my release radar keeps including new songs from an artist I don't like; "Alonestar", despite me clicking remove, then "I don’t like Alonestar" every time. I have pressed this button on every device listed above as well as browsers, to ensure the problem is not device-related.
The UI correctly acknowledges the action by greying out the row and presenting the blue/white alert stating that "We won't put Alonestar in your release radar". But sure enough a new song is there almost every week.

What can be done to resolve this?

Thanks for reaching out.

As a first step, can you please check if you've followed this artist by accident? If not, open their profile on mobile and select Don't play this artist from the 3-dot menu.

Thanks, I hadn't followed them by mistake, however I also hadn't selected "don't play this artist" which I have now done. The artist has not appeared in my release radar today so hopefully that has resolved it, I'll update here if not.
