How to insert a song to a specific place in a playlist?

Is there any way to add a song to a playlist at a specific place?

Use case: I have a playlist with over 5000 songs in a specific order. Sometimes I want to add a song to a specific place, but there doesn't seem to be any way to add songs other than to the bottom of the playlist, and then dragging it up, which can take a while. I'd like to be able to "insert song" or specify the order number.

This is especially useful when a song gets grayed out, and I find another version of the song to replace it.

Inserting a song at a specific position in a playlist is currently only possible on desktop. To do this, you'll need to scroll to the desired position and drag and drop the track there.

well, he did say that dragging takes way too long because his playlist is big, so is there any other way to fix it and put the songs in the desired place without dragging it far? Spotify should really come up with more ideas to make users happier instead of adding more ads and making lyrics free for one month or anything like that. Spotify's just making more people quit using it instead of making them switch to premium.
