My Question or Issue

So today I was facing some issues with songs and playlist so I tried up many times solving it, and eventually cleared the data to start fresh

When I asked to login I clicked on methods as via facebook and Gmail and when I got logged in it was a whole new setup...all my playlists were not there, and the most important my liked songs (around 6600 +) were missing it seems like I went inside as a same person but with some other way so I kindly request you to please help me retrive my previous data back ,because that thousands of songs are not been liked by me in few days it takes me years and for me music is my daily need... I can't survive without it,

Please, please and many more please help me out I'll be more than grateful

Hi @user-removed,

Sounds like you have multiple accounts and you accidentally logged in to an old one. I'd recommend checking out this article for more info on how to locate the correct account.

Once you're back in, you can close the old one to avoid further confusion in the future.
