Error message when opening liked songs

My Question or Issue

I can’t open my liked songs, when I do, it gives me an error message and asks me if I want to try again. Nothing has worked, restarting phone, updating phone, logging out and back in, clearing the cache etc. Please help!

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

We appreciate you sending us all the steps that you've already tried to solve this.

We'd recommend that you try logging in on a different device to see if the app behaves the same way. If this is not possible, open the Web Player and test if you'll be able to see your Liked songs playlist.

It's also a good idea to test with a different network connection to see if it makes any difference. In case you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test.
