My Question or Issue

On my laptop songs that were sung by various artists or one group or artist are visible but in a faded grey colour. I can't click on them to play or anything. On my phone, these songs aren't even visible on my playlist.

I was able to play them before, the region of these songs is different for example India, Brasil, Ukraine, Colombia, Puerto Rico, etc. I tried to reinstall the app but did not work, I would like to confirm if this is a known issue.

Hey @anma25,

Looks like the songs are currently unavailable in your region. As much as we'd love to have all the music in the world on Spotify, the content on the platform may vary over time and between countries. This depends on permissions from rights holders.

For more information on the matter, it's worth reaching out to the artist or their label on social media or their website.

In the meantime, you can import local files to your Spotify library.
