topic Offline downloads in Your Library

I use Spotify on two mobiles: a Redmi 10 and an IPhone 11 pro. I share a Premium plan with some friends and I entered the same account on both mobiles.

When entering the library, both mobiles display the same playlists but not the same downloads. In fact, I'll only be able to listen offline to my download music on one or the other mobile, depending on which mobile I used to download that song. I can't understand if this is normal or not... Is there something I could do to solve the thing??

Hi there @LaLalla,

Thanks for reaching out. The library is the same across all devices using the same account, but downloads are only for each specific device. In order to listen to a song offline, you need the data to be available and that's why you download that content on that specific device. There is no way for this to synchronize between devices, as this is data that is local to each device.

Hope this clears things up.
