topic Blank playlists on webplayer in Your Library

Playlists on my webplayer have lost their titles - they're just showing up as Playlist. If I select one they attempt loading for several minutes, without playing the normal animation, and then come up with a couldn't find that playlist message.

The playlists are still visible on the app

Also all the playlists on my account that I didn't make - albums I saved or game / movie soundtracks - are showing and playing as normal

Any playlist in my library is simply listed as "Playlist", clicking on it loads indefinitely. Search for Playlists, none come up. Clicking on a playlist link from an external source leads directly to an error.

Opening the console I can see a "Error: Error fetching playlist via GraphQL!" message

Hey there folks,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

Could you try to log out > restart the affected device/browser > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you?

It's also a good idea to check with a different network connection to see if the playlists will properly load. In case you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

Let us know how it goes. We'll be keeping an eye out for your replies.
