Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

We can confirm that if you don't go online at least once in 30 days on a specific device, your downloads will be removed automatically.

Keep in mind that if you'd like to enjoy your playlists when offline, you'd need to download what you want when you're online. Once you've successfully downloaded the playlist that you want - you should be able to listen to it. You can check the download status next to each song, podcast, or playlist. More info about Offline listening you can find here.

In case you're still having troubles with your downloads, we'd suggest that you take a look at this ongoing issue here. If you have any feedback on this, feel free to share it in the thread.

Plan

Premium

Country

Device

(iPhone 6)

Operating System

(iOS)

I don’t have data on my phone…weekly ( at random ) my entire library deletes itself and I have to re download all the songs again. I’ve re installed, re set my phone, and without fail I go to play the music and I get an error saying I have to go online to listen. What gives? Do you need constant internet (data) in order to do this?? The phone is home every day with wifi, so it’s not offline for long. Seeing the error “spotify is offline” when trying to play music doesn’t help.
