&lt;P&gt;You can have downloaded music on Spotify on a maximum of 5 devices. After exceeding this limit, you'll receive the error message that you're seeing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A device can stay offline for a maximum of 30 days, then all offline content will be disabled and the license will be revoked. This will happen automatically, even if you can't turn on your old phone. Once license has been revoked from the old phone, you can download offline music on another device.&lt;/P&gt;
