Ya borre todas las descargas que tengo de otro celular y solo tengo vinculados dos no descargo mas de 150 canciones y me dice en el otro cel que ya excedí mi límite de 10,000

We moved your post from the Chat board to the relevant Help board, where it fits better.

Keep in mind that you can download as many as 10,000 songs on each of up to 5 different devices.

You mentioned that you already removed the downloads on your other phone, but could you check if you've done it by going to the app Settings (on the phone you no longer use)> Storage > Remove all downloads?

Additionally, an unused offline device should be removed automatically after 30 days of the app on the device not being able to connect to the internet.

However, if you've followed the steps mentioned above and it still doesn't work, you can also reach out to our Customer Support team through any of these channels so they can further assist you with this.
