Minha pergunta ou problema
bom meu spotify eu uso no navegador e fica dando uma mensagem
O Spotify não consegue tocar isso no momento. Se você tiver o arquivo no computador, é possível importá-lo.
toda vez que tento reproduzir uma musica poh eu uso esse site pq e bom demais mais do nada fica dando isso da uma raiva da poxa pq tento ouvir musica no trabalho pra relaxar ai fica nisso vim pedir para que resolvam esse problema por que se continuar vo ter que parar de usa
e oque eu acho engraçado e que a musica n vai mais o anuncios vai de boa isso realmente deixa triste pq mesmo eu sendo free eu sou um usuario de voces

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out! I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

Check if the correct sound device has been selected for Spotify:

Make sure the Spotify app is running, and open Windows' Sound Settings.
Scroll all the way down to Advanced sound options and select App volume and device preferences.
Find Spotify from the list of apps and select the correct sound output device (or set it to Default).

Make sure also you've set the sample rate anywhere between 44.1 kHz and 192 kHz, as Spotify doesn't currently support higher sample rates. More info on how to do that here.

Lastly, it's worth clearing your hosts file by following the steps in this article.
