Whenever i download songs and try to play them offline they won't play unless I've my data on!! I tried everything and nothing solves this issue for me... my phone is a samsung a72 android and I'm on family plan.

After downloading the content you want to listen to offline, have you activated the offline mode of the app as described here? Did this work?

I did and it didn't work, the library shows up with the downloads just fine but when i try to play any song they won't get played, they only get played from playlists but from the library they won't.
