Impossible de liker un titre - Unable to like a title

Bonjour,
Depuis quelques temps, je n'arrive plus à liker mes titres depuis mon tél.
Quand je clique sur le cœur, il ne se passe rien, il devrait passer au "vert". Idem si je passe par les trois petits points.
Si j'essaie depuis mon PC, il les passe au vert et l'opération s'annule automatiquement au bout d'un moment.

For some time now, I haven't been able to like my titles from my phone.
When I click on the heart nothing happens, it should turn "green". Same if I go through the three little points.
If I try from my PC, it turns them green and the operation is automatically canceled after a while.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Just to confirm, is it only the heart icon that doesn't go green when you try liking a song on your phone or the song isn't added to your Liked songs playlist either?

On another note, would you mind checking if the same happens on a different mobile device? Additionally, let us know the OS of your phone.

Lastly, you mentioned that you tried from your PC, just to confirm, are the songs added to your Liked songs playlist there and then they're removed or they aren't added at all?

Il semble que le fait de cliquer sur le coeur ne fonctionne pas, il ne se met pas en vert et le titre n'est pas ajouté non plus aux titres likés.

Sur le tél de mon ami, le problème ne se produit pas (nouveau tél). Par contre, je viens de m'apercevoir que le nombre de titres likés diffère entre les deux tél (10398) et le PC (10347).
Le système d'exploitation est Android 8.0.0 et version Samsung expérience 9.0

Sur le PC, le coeur devient vert et un message s'affiche comme quoi le morceau est ajouté dans les titres likés mais quand je vérifie, il n'y est pas. J'imagine qu'un refraichissement annule l'opération d'ajout en regardant les titres likés.

Could you check if the OS of your phone has any pending updates?

On another note, would you mind asking a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your devices and check if they can replicate this behavior with their account?

Lastly, we suggest that you log out and then log back in to your account twice in a row on both devices to see if that makes the difference. We know it sounds odd, but this will trigger a sync between your account and devices.

Le problème s’est résolu lorsque les différents appareils ont réussi à se synchroniser.
Le fait de déconnecter n’a rien changé, alors j’ai désinstallé et réinstallé Spotify sur l’ordinateur, il m’a ensuite indiqué un nombre plus important de titres likés 10402. Mais la synchronisation avec le tél ne fonctionnait toujours pas. J’ai donc désinstallé et réinstallé Spotify sur le téléphone aussi. Le nombre de titres s’est progressivement mis à jour pour tomber juste. J’ai liké un titre de ma playlist et cela a fonctionné.

The problem was resolved when the different devices were able to synchronize.
Disconnecting didn't change anything, so I uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify on the computer, it then showed me a larger number of likes 10402. But synchronization with the phone still didn't work. So I uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify on the phone too. The number of titles gradually updated to get it right. I liked a track from my playlist and it worked.
