&lt;P&gt;This is some odd app behaviour indeed!&lt;BR /&gt;Switching your subscription plan should never affect any of your library items.&lt;BR /&gt;Could you check if there's anything available when you click &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/save-recover-playlists/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to recover missing playlists?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If not, what &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/25916700"&gt;@mauve_minnow&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; has said may still apply - I'd check if you don't maybe have a side account created via Facebook / Google.&lt;BR /&gt;More info on how to look for additional Spotify accounts can be found &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-do-I-find-if-I-have-another-Spotify-account/ta-p/4737961" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Keep us posted on how things go &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To start, I'd recommend double-checking that the account you upgraded is the same one you were using as a free user. Are there any email addresses or login methods that you might have used on an account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
