I think there is a fault in the algorithm in the choices from my "Discover Weekly".

Every week I get one to three song that are song i Finnish. I have tried to hide them so it will give signal that I don't like songs sung in Finnish.

I don't speak Finnish and I don't know how it even started.
I have listened to some (not many) Finnish groups that sings in English. I don't dislike Finnish people, I just don't know any Finnsh 😕

How can one change whats presented in Dicover Weekly? For besides Finnish songs, it is presented at least 90% accuracy song I like to listen to.

There is no way, currently, to filter your recommendations on Discover Weekly by country. The key point here to avoid getting these songs is to continue to hide these unwanted songs. You can also "block" some specific artists, following these steps:

Go to the artist page;
Tap the three-dot menu;
Tap on Don't play this artist.

This should help the algorithm to understand you don't want to get this specific artist recommended on the Made For You playlists.

"Don't play this artist" function doesn't help at all. My "Discover Weekly" is very often full of artists that I've marked as "Don't play this artist". Spotify need to make their algorithms better.
