Shuffle and loop turn on automatically

I'm finding, especially on the Windows Desktop client, when I start a playlist it will play in shuffle and with loop forever on. This even happens with albums. I don't know how to stop it and it's driving me insane. It's usually after I start the app for the first time since computer startup, but not always. I'm unsure of the perfect conditions for reproduction as I usually notice it late, but I tend to be double-clicking plyalists in the home or library panes to get started, so that could be what activates it, or it could just be on from startup? It's not smart shuffle btw.

We've tested this on our end, however, we couldn't reproduce the issue. Can you please check if the same happens in the web player? How about a different account?
