Hello! So, I recently made a new playlist called “ⁱ ᵃᵐ ᶜᵘᵖⁱᵈ.” And I play it while I was sleeping, in the morning I recognized it was playing a song that wasn’t apart of the vibe, (love songs), so I looked to see if it was on my playlist and it wasn’t, Since Spotify normally does that “You added, we added” thing I scrolled down to see if it was the “we added” thing, but it wasn’t there, the whole section wasn’t there. I tried looking it up and I went to settings, playback, and turned off auto play. I turned my playlist back on and it did the same thing. FYI, I have the free version, IPhone 12, and live in the US, (Texas). Is there another way I could stop this? (Sorry to be an inconvenience I’m very young)

Hi @313c2snsvsc3two6dzhp,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

We'd like to investigate further. The next time a song that you don't remember personally adding to your playlist comes up, would you mind taking a screenshot or a short screen recording which captures how things look on your end and sharing it here? If the file is too large and you cannot attach it to your reply, you can instead upload it to a cloud service like Google Drive and share the URL - just make sure it's accessible to anyone with the link. The exact version of Spotify you're currently running would also be greatly appreciated.

As for the website making your profile picture look different, could you elaborate further? It's possible that you accidentally logged in to another account. I recommend following the steps in this article to check if you have multiple accounts.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply. Cheers!

Sorry it’s been a while I’ve forgotten to check this, also I do think I logged out because it’s not the same user, but since I’m on mobile I’m not sure this will work but here is the video I have https://share.icloud.com/photos/0dfkKjGjT74AleUwYaWKO1wqw

Not sure that video will work, but I tried logging out and typing my user and password but it just logged me into the same account

Thank you for keeping in contact.

Unfortunately. we were not able to watch the video as it's in an unsupported format. Would you mind trying again, but uploading the video to Google Drive or YouTube to make sure it will be playable?

Also, remember to include in your next response the exact version of Spotify you're currently running as @Yordan previously requested to continue investigating this case.

We'll be on the lookout.

Thanks for the screen recording @313c2snsvsc3two6dzhp!

It looks like this is caused by the Autoplay feature, which generates a new queue with recommended tracks when your playlist finishes playing. You can toggle it off in the app's Settings > Playback.

As for the profile picture, do you mean here on the Community? If so, note that the website does not take the one from your Spotify account and instead has a set of its own profile pictures which you can choose from by clicking on your name in the top-right corner > My settings > Avatar.

Hope this clears things up. The Community is always here if there's anything else you need assistance with.

Cheers!
