So I re-download everything during the night , but my phone put the application in forced sleeping. I fix this when i wake-up but now I cant download anything, the little circle constantly spin but nothing happen. I don't want to restart my phone because the last time spotify did not respond and had to delete it and start over. For an app I pay 20$ à month I have TOO many problems with it !

Hi there @DavidStruggle,

Thanks for reaching out.

It sounds like the download was interrupted and this has caused the app's cache to become corrupted. Not to worry, a full clean reinstall will fix this, but you will have to start the download again. To ensure that you don't face any such issues in future, make sure to disable any battery and/or storage optimization apps you may have installed or at least add Spotify as an exception. Those interfere with app cache and can lead to such behaviour. Samsung phones in particular are known to have battery optimization that often cause issues with Spotify, so make sure to follow this article to disable any relevant settings.

Hope this helps.
