Lack of sorting option.

I wanted to sort my Library of "Liked Songs" From oldest added to the new. Unfortunately there no such option in sorting list. Is it possible on phone or only on PC?

Thanks for posting in the Community!

It's currently possible to sort your content by recently added both on your phone and on a PC. You can check out this article.

On your phone, you should see the option in Liked Songs by scrolling down on the screen so you can reveal the Sort button and selecting Recently added.

If you're not seeing this option, there may be some corrupted cache which is possible to cause different performance issues so in this case you can give Spotify a clean reinstall (keep in mind you have to re-download your music for offline listening again).

Indeed there is such option, unfortunetly it only sorting from New to the oldest, and when I click "Recently added" it won't change from the oldest to recently added. Somehow I can sort my playlist by the date of adding and I can set it from the oldest or from the newest, but only on PC.

Hey @Cuchier,

We can confirm that the option to reverse the order of Recently played is only available on the desktop app. If you'd like to be able to do that in the mobile app as well, I'd recommend posting a idea on our Idea Exchange board. Others can then show their support by giving it a thumbs up and sharing their feedback.

The reverse order doesn't even work, first of all.
Secondly, how is it even possible to not be able to sort by something so trivial as "length of track".
It is just overall such a disappointing experience and that you would even with a straight face suggest to "post something onto an idea board" is almost offensive. it shouldn't even be missing in the first place.
