My Question or Issue

I have turned off auto play and Spotify keeps adding songs to my playlist and I can't get rid of them/stop Spotify adding them. Is there any way I can stop it?

Hey there, welcome to the Spotify Community!

This might be related to the new smart shuffle feature that adds new suggestions to your queue and playlist. Please check the shuffle button and turn it off to remove the recommendations from your queue and playlist.

If this does not fix the issue, please share a screenshot or screen recording with your app and device version no.
