Songs not playing in order in playlists

My Question or Issue

When I use the Spotify app on my phone or on my Xbox One S, the songs in my Liked Songs or Created Playlists no longer play in order. I sort my playlists by artists alphabetically or by album and while they used to play in that order they do not any longer and now they play songs randomly, sometimes specifically the songs by artist randomly but not in any discernable order (not alphabetical or by album order). It works as it should on my desktop app but not when my desktop app is connected to my phone or Xbox app.

Hey @goodfriendjake,

Is there any chance that the shuffle feature might be turned on? It should be located next to the 'Back' button and it looks like two arrows crossing eachother.

Perhaps you've set a different sort order on your phone and Xbox. You'll find more info on how to set it correctly so that it matches the one on the desktop app in this article.
