[Android][Other] Accounts spamming playlists

So over the past few months my playlist has been spammed with hundreds of songs from an account that I have never heard of before. I had my playlist on collaborative so I could let my friends add songs to it when they pleased, however, this random account will not stop adding songs no matter how many times I delete them. I was just wondering if there could be a function to block accounts from seeing your profile and adding songs to playlists?

EDIT: since first publishing this, 558 more songs were added to another one of my playlists by the same account. I am beyond angry at the fact that I am unable to report the account or block them.

EDIT 2: Its exactaly 1 week since posting this first message and again another 590 songs were added. The overall total for 1 week is over 1000 songs

I have that problem as well with my collaborative playlists, and agree that this is a good idea. You can post it in the Ideas section of the Spotify Community, here. If enough users vote for your idea, then Spotify may consider implementing it!
