Just to confirm, does this happen on all devices that you use Spotify on, or only with a specific one? If you connect to a different Bluetooth device, does the same thing occur?

Also, would you mind trying to clear stored cache from the app? This can sometimes help with common app issues.

Hello! It's just my phone this happens on! I've deleted the cache but it keeps popping up. This specific playlist was also tied to my alarms - I deleted the alarm and the playlist but it still pops up

Just to confirm, have you checked if the same happens with a different Bluetooth device? Also, could you let us know when did you delete the playlist that starts playing? Does this happen only with that specific playlist or with other ones as well?

On another note, could you send us a video of the issue happening so we can take a closer look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
