My Question or Issue

My Phone was damaged and I had to have it replaced so when I tried to play my music thousands of songs they were still in my library but unable to play offline I keep trying to fix this but I haven't been able to please advise

In order to get a better understanding of the situation, we'll need to gather some details. Could you confirm if you downloaded your content on your new phone, but despite of that you're unable to play your songs? Are you seeing any error messages in the app?

Also, it'd be great if you could share if you've tried any troubleshooting steps so far so we don't repeat any of them and send over your phone's make, model and OS-version.

We'll be on the lookout 🙂
