Made for You Playlist Missing

I had a playlist that Spotify created for me. I was just listening to it last week, it's disappeared. It's not in recover deleted playlists. It's not in my search. It's not in my library (even though I added it). I've checked my mobile app and the website. I loved that playlist and now it's gone. I have other made for me playlists but not that one. Where did it go?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community,

Spotify has a plethora of playlists that are curated on a regular basis, some by music experts and some that take into account your personal taste profile. You can see which playlists fit that description on our Support site here. Is the playlist still there but with different contents or are you unable to find it at all?

What we would advise is to try finding the playlist through the listening history menu. The Desktop venison stores up to the last 50 items played whereas the mobile app stores a lot more.

The playlist is gone completely. I was able to find the songs that should belong in the playlist in my history. They're grouped like they should be in a playlist, but if you tap there's an error. I don't know what happened.

I took the songs from my history and made a new playlist, it's not everything but it's most of the songs. If you really love a Spotify curated playlist, you may want to transfer it to a private playlist, because apparently playlists can disappear without a trace.

Made for You playlists are updated often. This means the songs change every certain time. You can like a Made for You playlist, but that won't save it in your Library with the same songs forever. The content will still be updated daily/weekly. If you wish to save a Made for You playlist with the same songs, you can follow these steps:

Create a new playlist
Go back to the Made for You playlist
Select the 3 dots > Add to other playlist
Select the new playlist you created

Did you save the Made for You playlist that way? Or did you like it to add it to Your Library?
