Hi @Sazzyfrank,

Thanks for reaching out. In order for you to be able to listen independently from one another and keep your respective libraries separate, you must all use your own Spotify accounts. If that doesn't work, it means you're signed into the same account. Each of you has to log out and log back in, making sure to use your own account with your own email address and password and everything should work.

Hope this clears things up.

The answer doesn't really address the issue, which I share. Having added my kids' accounts in to the family account (so we do all have different accounts) I can see all of their playlists because I am the Family Manager. I do not want to see their playlists. There should either be a separate location to see 'Family Playlists' or the Family Manager should be able to toggle 'See Family Playlists' off and on.

Hey there @vainglorious,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Since all the accounts are separate from one another, you shouldn't see the playlists of the members despite being the plan manager (as they're on different accounts, not on yours). However, since you mentioned you can see them on your own account, that means that one or some of the members are logged in to your account on one or multiple devices.

In this case, as @Joan mentioned previously, each of you need to log out on all devices and then log back in making sure everyone's logging in to their own account.

Let us know how it goes.
