Create AI Playlist does not show up

My Question or Issue

I have not been able to use the create AI playlist feature despite having a premium plan and living in the UK. Is this feature not available for student premium?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

This feature was launched recently. As it is a new feature, we are gradually rolling it out to more and more users in the available markets. Were you able to use it until now? Or have you never seen the option? In the meantime, make sure your app is up to date. This feature is available on mobile devices and tablets running the app version 8.9.14.266 onwards. You can also try reinstalling the app with these steps. This will ensure everything is working correctly.

I have never seen the option, and my app is fully up to date. Before reinstalling the app, I just wanted to check whether the feature has been rolled out to student premium memberships?

The type of your Premium subscription doesn't matter so if you're not seeing the feature, it's more likely due to the rollout not being complete rather than a technical issue.

When will the rollout be complete? I am in the US and want this feature very bad.

I don’t have the option to add an AI playlist when I press plus.
