My Question or Issue

I've a new phone, and have deleted all downloads. This has not reset my device properly, and I have apparently exceeded my offline device limit. How do I reset it?

Also, this help system is mince. I'm paying for a service, not to ask a bunch of folks to give up their time to support me because Spotify are too cheap to pay professionals.

Hey @BeardlessDoc

If you have access to your previous phones, you can remove your downloads by starting Spotify on the device which no longer needs the downloaded content and use the Remove all downloads button by going to Settings> Storage.

If perhaps you don't have access to your previous devices anymore, you can also contact Customer Support, so they can help you to remove the offline devices from your account as well. You can find out how to contact them here.

Lastly, check this idea, Bring Back the Offline Devices List page posted by another user on the Ideas board. Even though the status is set as Not right now, it doesn't mean the idea has been rejected. You can add your vote in the Thump up icon and subscribe to the idea to get notified as soon as there's any updates to share of this feature.

When I try to download a song or a playlist it says “ Your offline device allowance has expired.” How can I fix this and dowload song -or playlists- to my phone?

Necesito saber que dispoistivos estan vinculados a mi cuenta y tienen archivos descargados para utilizar en modo offline ya que en mi nuevo celular no me lo permite ya que dice que se alcanzo el limitre de dispositivos

The App UI for managing devices is terrible and needs a complete re-write.

it says to free up a spot in settings or removed downloads on another device but I can't. I have removed my downloads on my old phone but its not done anything
