Remove recommendation

I've had Spotify prem for the past 3 or so years and eversince the first day, I'm bombarded with this "we're celebrating female performers from around the world" which is usually not even female performers and I also have exactly 0 interest in this. I registered my acc with google so spotify pulled gender info from there. None of my guy friends have this issue, ofc. I disabled sharing gender but just can't get rid of that section. Quite frankly, the music in there is horrid, has nothing in common with anything I usually listen to and it feels like a real waste of space, there could be something interesting there.

Is there any way to get rid of this? removing the playlists in there 1 by 1 doesn't do it, they just replace them with different playlists.

Doubt it matters, but my country is set to Hungary, and I use the app both on PC and Android.

Although it's currently not possible to remove items from your Home screen or replace them, there seems to be a similar feature request about customizing start screen. If you'd like to see that option available, you can check out this idea and leave your vote to support it, so that it would have a better chance of being considered and getting implemented.

Note that even if an idea is currently set to “Not Right Now” you can still add your vote there as we revisit those on a regular basis!
