Shuffling Not Working

It won’t let allow me to toggle shuffle on my playlist. I’m able to toggle smart shuffle but not regular shuffle which irks me. Also, I can toggle shuffle on all of my other personal playlists except for that one. I’m on an individual premium plan, and I also had recently created the playlist

We understand this only happens with one playlist. Have you checked if it happens on other devices? If you haven't checked, try it from a different mobile device (it can be a relative or friend's device) or check from the Web Player.

If it only happens on one device, try clearing the app's cache by going to Settings < Storage > Clear cache. Then restart the app and check again. You can also perform a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. No worries, you won't lose any saved content, but you'll have to download your offline music again.

Lastly, if the issue persists, could you share the link to the playlist?
