My Question or Issue

Hi community, I was wondering if you can help me.. I've always pre saved songs or albums from my favorites artists.. recently i realized that on the day of the album release it doesn't show up in my library, as it was before and i have to add it manually. This issue is recent for me, i've sign in and sign out again and again from the app and it doesn't work..how can i fix it? I have to say that i pre saved the album from the oficial websites of the artists..

In this case, we'd suggest the following:

You can try a clean reinstall of the app, so. By doing that the app can be up-to-date and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this issue. You can find out the steps to do it here.
Make sure both your device and the app are up-to-date.
