It's worth &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Clearing-Host-Files/ta-p/6130332" target="_blank"&gt;clearing host files&lt;/A&gt; from the device as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
 Shouldn't that do the trick, could you let us know if this happens on all devices that you use Spotify on, or just with a specific one?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
 If possible, it would be great if you can give another internet connection a shot as well, to check if you experience the same thing there.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi @Maria,&lt;BR /&gt;I tried clearing host files but I don't find the stuff needed to be deleted, and i have cleared saved cache multiple times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And for the devices, my spotify works on my phone (Iphone 10) but it doesnt work on my PC, it works on the browser but not on the app.&lt;BR /&gt;And for internet connection still reacts the same&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If those steps don't do the trick either, it's well worth running a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstall-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

 Just to check, are you able to use the desktop app with &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/spotify-connect/" target="_blank"&gt;Connect&lt;/A&gt;? And if so, does the playlists still appear in the same way? For example, you can start playback on your phone and then control playback from your computer using connect.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
 While you wait for an update for your computer's OS, you can also check if switching on &lt;STRONG&gt;Enable hardware acceleration&lt;/STRONG&gt; makes any difference. To find it, go to Settings in the desktop app &amp;gt; scroll down to Compatibility.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend reinstalling Spotify from a different source to see if that does the trick: if you downloaded the app from &lt;A href="https://spotify.com/download/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;our website&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;, try the version from the &lt;A href="https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9ncbcszsjrsb" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Microsoft Store&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; instead, and vice versa.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Thank you for fast reply,&lt;BR /&gt;In my account is Slovakia - the county I live in and my bank card is....&lt;BR /&gt;I can't just change regions.&lt;BR /&gt;Other playlists from the same interpreter work. (Interpreter is slovak)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sometimes just random songs stop and other day work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Most of time I use mobile data in roaming-my IP is from Slovakia. If I use&lt;BR /&gt;wifi I get German IP but that didn't do anything.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It looks like the app is detecting that you're not in your account's country as you mentioned that you've spent some time in Germany, and that's why some of the content you were able to access while in Slovakia isn't accessible for you while traveling. Content availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders so we're afraid it's expected in this case.
