To check if you have more than one account on Spotify, make sure to follow &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-do-I-find-if-I-have-another-Spotify-account/ta-p/4737961" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;these&lt;/A&gt; specific steps. If you have more than one account, we suggest&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/how-can-i-close-my-spotify-account/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt; closing&lt;/A&gt; the other one to avoid any mix ups in the future.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that's not the case and you're sure you're logged into the same account across devices, we suggest that you give another internet connection a go to see if the same happens. You can try creating a hotspot on your phone and using that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
