i cant download any songs from my playlist it says you have reached your offline device limit i logged out from my other phones but still didnt work i also searched for that but found 0 answers

It looks like logging out did not remove the device from the downloads list. No worries, you can contact the chat support here and let them about the issue. They will be able to remove all the download devices for your account. This will let you download content again.

theres only 2 devices out of five that have downloads on them - one of those devices are broken. it keeps saying “you’re out of offline devices” and im not sure what to do now
