&lt;P&gt;If we understood you correctly, the My Shazams playlist is empty since you've enabled the option &lt;STRONG&gt;Show audio files from this device&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Did the playlist contain any tracks prior to that? What happens when you disable the option?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To troubleshoot the issue, please try the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure you've connected the correct Shazam/Spotify account.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Remove the connection from &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/apps/" target="_blank"&gt;your account page&lt;/A&gt; and connect again from the Shazam app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check if the playlist is empty on other devices as well.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Log out and back in from Spotify after shazaming a song to force a re-sync between the two accounts.&lt;/LI&gt;
