Accidentally unfollowed 1,000 playlists and folders

I had accidentally moved my entire playlists library into one folder on the web app. I then deleted the folder hoping it wouldnt delete the contents, which it didnt the last time I did it. Now everything's deleted. Is there a wha spotify can revert my accounts data to an hour ago when this mistake occurred. I couldnt press ctl+shift+z on time. Thanks.

P.S. The weird thing is that between the playlists that are still followed, they are all in folders within folders on the mobile app while on the desktop app it's more organized.
