My Question or Issue
I am unable to select a local source for my local files. I have the option on, I am a able to open the playlist but it consists of every piece of audio on the device when I want a specific folder to be used

Thanks for reaching out!

Open your desktop app's settings and search for "Show songs from":

Once there, click on "Add a source" and you should be able to select the folder of your choosing 🙂

Sorry about the late response but this isn't what I'm looking for. I'm trying to do it on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6. I can allow it access to local files but not a specific folder, which is what I'm trying to do

Currently, it's not possible to select a specific folder for the Android app to look for local files since it scans all the audio files available on your phone.

If you want to show your support for this feature, another user has already posted a similar idea that is up for voting to reach the relevant departments. Feel free to add yours by using the thumbs up button.
