playlist gone

I went to go add to one of my playlists while listening to music and saw it wasn’t there. I checked everywhere in my account and it is definitely gone. I never deleted it.

I googled what to do to recover it, I definitely remember seeing it on there within the past 90 days. I went to the recover section and it said no playlists had been deleted.

Normally I wouldn’t care but this was a years spanning playlist of favorite albums. I really want to recover it if I can (but it appears spotify has no direct customer support email).

I can’t imagine anyone reported it.

To begin with, try logging into your account from a different device or the Web Player and check if the playlist is also missing there. On another note, was the playlist created by you? Or what it maybe a Collaborative playlist created by another user?

On another note, did you try writing the playlist's name on the search bar to see if you get any results?

Lastly, sometimes missing playlists is due to having more than one account. You can check if you have more than one account on Spotify by following these specific steps.
