Maybe some people like that experience, but I find it chaotic and distracting (I don't even like to have Spotify open in a side window anymore). It would be great if you started offering different UI options for different listener types. I consider myself a long-term power user and this makes me want to leave the platform.<STRONG><BR /><BR /></STRONG></P><P>For reference, if this does get in front of people making strategic decisions: I've been paying for premium for over a decade. I felt like the Spotify UI was basically perfect a few years ago and I was ready to keep being a customer for the foreseeable future.<BR /><BR />The changes over the last year have introduced enough friction for me that I'm actually considering Apple Music. I have several friends who are also longtime premium subscribers that feel the same way.
