I can’t create playlists

I have a free plan and live in Ireland. I don’t know my operating system but I know I have an iPad. I use Spotify on my web browser, Safari, not the app. I can’t create playlists. The button doesn’t work, as when I tap it, it does nothing.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

This might be account-related, so could you try logging in with a different account and check if you can create playlists? It can be a relative or friend's account, or you can create a new account for testing purposes and delete it later.

Also, try opening the Web Player from an incognito/private tab and try creating a playlist from here.

Lastly, if nothing works, could you send a screenshot of how the button to create a playlist looks on your end?

Ok I tried it out and it doesn’t work HOWEVER I can make playlists if I tap on the three buttons at the side of a song and not the playlist button. Ty 🙏
