My Question or Issue

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with Spotify on my iPhone 15 Pro. The app is not loading my library, and it’s not playing any music. Also, the search function isn’t working at all.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Cleared the cache

• Logged out and back in

• Reinstalled the app

Despite these steps, the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution?

Just to confirm, have you checked if the same happens on other devices as well? We'd suggest that you give a different connection a go to see if the same happens.

If so, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

If the issue persists, would you mind sending us a short screen recording of the issue happening so we can take a closer look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
