&lt;P&gt;It looks like the error is connected to your account data on the device &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; We can see if this is the case by removing it - follow &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/storage-information/" target="_blank"&gt;these steps&lt;/A&gt; to do so.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Should the issue remain after this you can also go for a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;complete clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt; of the Spotify client, which will remove all Spotify-related data from the device and install a fresh copy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

When I log in with me (Plan manager) I get an error saying something went wrong. I can play music by clicking the play button, but I dont see any content or home page. When I log in with an other family member everything works perfectly. Any idea why this happens to this one profile?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
