My Question or Issue

I created a public playlist on my Spotify and sent collaboration link to my partner, but she is unable to add any songs in it. We are using Duo Premium membership.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community!

Just to confirm, have you followed these exact steps to invite your partner as a collaborator? If so, is she getting any error messages when she's clicking on the link or she can click on the link, see the playlist, but she's unable to edit it?

If it's the latter, you can ask her to unfollow the playlist, then send her a new invite as a collaborator. She should copy and paste the invite link in the app's search bar - that should do the trick.

However, if she's getting any error messages, sending us a screenshot of it would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
