Hi there,

I lost all my library downloads due an update of my payment, can I please have everything downloaded again, playlists, albums podcasts without to have one by one?! Kindly let me know. Many thanks in advance

Unfortunately, there’s no way to re-download all your previously downloaded content in one go. You’ll have to download each item individually, like playlists, albums, etc.

Here’s how to do it on different platforms:

- On the desktop app, right-click each item to get the download option.

- On Android, hold an item in your library to get the download option.

- On iOS, open the item and then click the download icon.
