Cuando accedo a mi perfil, de las 7 listas públicas que tengo, sólo aparecen dos.

It sounds like only some of your public playlists are appearing on your profile. Spotify lets you decide which playlists are shown publicly, so if some are missing, they might not be set to display on your profile yet.

Here’s how to make them visible:

On Mobile or Tablet:

Open the playlist you want to show on your profile.
Tap the three dots (horizontal on iOS, vertical on Android) at the top.
Select Añadir al perfil.

On Desktop or Web Player:

Right-click on the playlist.
Select Añadir al perfil.

Once you've done this, the playlist should be visible on your profile. Just a note: even if a playlist isn’t shown on your profile, anyone with a link can still listen, follow, and share it.
