    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":waving_hand:"&gt;👋&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is my post here since I'm having issues with my Spotify app:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today my 3 month Premium ended and I forgot about it until I entered the app. Naturally I bought it again (I only buy e-codes in stores or online).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I noticed that Offline Backup was missing from my library so I searched for it and it appeared in the search menu. However when I tap on it, nothing happens. Nothing opens up. I've tried deleting it from my search history and looking again but still tapping on it does nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really would like to get it to work again since I listen to it a lot and I don't want to download a lot of albums. If you cannot see it now, there are some reasons like:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You haven't played enough songs recently&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Your device is out of storage and doesn’t have enough storage space left&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You’ve cleared your cache content&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You’ve reinstalled the Spotify app&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recommend, in this case, that you double-check if you have the &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/listen-offline/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Offline Listening&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; feature activated on your Spotify Settings and Privacy session and that you continue to use your Spotify account for a while.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists after some days, I recommend that you try a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; of the app and that you continue to use the app to see if the Offline Backup works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If, even after that, nothing changes, let me know, and I will be more than happy to continue to help you on this one!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a great day!&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":victory_hand:"&gt;✌️&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you clear your app's cache, the contents of the Offline Backup playlist get removed and unfortunately, there's no way to restore them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you haven't added the tracks that populated the playlist to Your Library, we'd recommend downloading a copy of your personal data by following the steps in &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/data-rights-and-privacy-settings/" target="_blank"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt;. &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/understanding-my-data/" target="_blank"&gt;The ZIP archive will include a JSON file&lt;/A&gt; that contains a detailed breakdown of your listening history which you can use to retrieve any tracks you haven't saved yet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To avoid such situations in the future, make sure to always add the tracks you enjoy to your Liked Songs or to another playlist created by you (more info &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/your-library/" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;). This will also help improve &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/your-taste-profile/" target="_blank"&gt;your personal Taste Profile&lt;/A&gt; which in turn will give you better personalized music recommendations.&lt;/P&gt;
