&lt;P&gt;We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind that you can download as many as 10,000 songs on each of up to 5 different devices. Given the message you're receiving, this is why you're unable to download content.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In that sense, what you can do is go to the devices you don't use the most or don't use any more and remove the downloaded content. To do it, on mobile devices, you'll need to go to Spotify and use the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Remove all downloads&lt;/STRONG&gt; button by going to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings and privacy&amp;gt; Data-saving and offline&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want to delete your downloads from the desktop app, you can follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Open the app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;On the left bar, open your Library. If there's content downloaded, you'll see a filter at the top, namely&lt;STRONG&gt; Downloaded&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select it, and you'll see all the content you've downloaded. To remove it, right-click on the playlist and select the downloaded button. For shows, open them and locate the episodes.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This way, you can remove the downloaded playlist from the desktop app. You can also run a clean reinstall of the app on your computer, so the offline music will be removed.&lt;BR /&gt;
